Human Space Machine a.k.a. Mike Jungerius is a Dutch producer/DJ with an obsession for trippy and psychedelic music and founder of collective De Lichting. He explores the rich territories between techno, house and experimental electronic music by using otherworldly textures and mesmerizing rhythms. To create a place where you are invited to participate in an enrapturing journey through different layers of sound. His DJ-sets have touched ground in clubs and parties such as De School (Amsterdam), Tresor (Berlin) and Into The Woods (Amersfoort). Human Space Machine was part on one of the most legendary B2B-sets at last years’ Draaimolen Festival with Mary Lake.

On February 23rd Human Space Machine released his EP ‘Mopo’ with four hypnotic tracks which will be released digitally on April 1st. The release of ‘Searching’ on De Lichting he goes even further into depth and gives even more space to the dark vibrations which was also released in February.

Aspetuck is opening this first HYPNO. He is fascinated by groove & rhythm as well as the hypnotic nature of the deeper sides of electronic music. Growing up in sleepy Vermont, without easy access to any inkling of a nightlife scene, the internet was Aspectuck’s only form of musical discovery for those formative days. Years later, after living in both Brooklyn and Los Angeles, Aspetuck was very quickly drawn into the robust nightlife cultures of both cities that were so absent in the rural hills of the northeast. He is not only inspired by the current scene, but also heavily inspired by genres outside of the contemporary electronic world including but not limited to krautrock, dub, new wave/post-punk, shoegaze, jazz, soul & funk. Nowadays Aspetuck has started working solo, but people in the United States may know him in various forms. Aspetuck is the co-founder of a new Brooklyn-based record label called Never Late which is the official label of underground electronic music platform Delayed.
